    Free to connect

    Generate live and sandbox API keys in Settings and start building. The Partner API covers properties, landlords, offers, references and tenancies, with documents and compliance records available per property and per tenancy. Interactive docs are served with the API.

    Offers submitted by API are matched to the property by postcode and land in the PropertyGoose Offers pipeline, which is how a portal or lead partner pushes applicants in. References instructed by API are billed at the same price as in-app. When a tenancy activates, PropertyGoose sends a signed webhook with the full tenancy payload.

    Idempotency keys on every POST, multi-branch support, rate limiting and HMAC-signed webhooks. Partner integrations are free, and if you need something the API does not cover, email dev@propertygoose.co.uk and we will build it.

    Generate live and sandbox keys in Settings under Developer Tools. No approval step.
    Which webhooks are available?+
    tenancy.activated today, HMAC-signed. Reference lifecycle webhooks are on the roadmap. Poll references in the meantime.
    Is there a cost?+
    No. The API is free. References instructed by API are charged at the normal reference price.
    Can you build something custom?+
