    Identity and Right to Rent checks are carried out by Vouchsafe (Interrobang Limited, company 14466175), an identity service provider regulated by OfDIA and certified by Kantara to the UK Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework, with M1A and M2C profiles and the Right to Rent supplementary code, listed on the government DVS register.

    Applicants complete the check from their secure reference link with photo ID, a quick selfie and, where needed, proof of address. The result returns to the same PropertyGoose reference as an Identity Report, alongside credit, employer and landlord checks.
