    The sync runs both ways. As you reference applicants, sign agreements and agree tenancies in PropertyGoose, those updates flow back into Alto — new tenant and guarantor contacts, signed agreements and reference reports filed against the right property, a property marked "Let Agreed" the moment an offer lands, even meter readings and inspection appointments. PropertyGoose stays the source of truth and Alto is kept current without anyone re-keying a thing.

    Smart matching means nothing ever duplicates — records are paired by their Alto ID first, then by postcode and address, so your data stays clean across both systems.

    Both. Properties, landlords, tenancies and contacts pull from Alto into PropertyGoose, and the references, agreements, statuses and documents you create in PropertyGoose push back to Alto automatically.
    Will it create duplicate records in Alto?+
    No. PropertyGoose matches records by their Alto ID first, then by postcode and address, so existing landlords, properties and tenants are recognised rather than duplicated.
    Does it bring in my compliance documents and safety dates?+
    Yes — EPC, gas safety, EICR and other certificates pull in from Alto with their issue and expiry dates, straight into your PropertyGoose property compliance records.
