Arthur Online + PropertyGoose

If you manage your portfolio in Arthur Online and reference and onboard tenants in PropertyGoose, the two now stay in sync on their own. Properties, landlords and live tenancies pull into PropertyGoose ready to go, so when you set up a reference the records you already keep in Arthur are right there — no re-typing, no copy-paste. Matching is duplicate-aware, so nothing is duplicated across the two systems.

The sync runs both ways. As a let moves forward in PropertyGoose — offer receipted, references sent, agreement signed, move-in — those updates flow back into Arthur Online in the background. Tenants and their guarantors are created in Arthur so the people are on the record from the start, and your compliance documents file themselves: signed tenancy agreements and reference reports are pushed back and attached to the right property and tenancy, where the property is managed.

A hands-free tenancy lifecycle is available too — switch it on per agency when you're ready. With it enabled, the moment an offer is receipted a Prospective tenancy appears in Arthur; it advances to Approved when the tenancy is created, and to Current on move-in — automatically, in step with the deal, so the agent never updates Arthur by hand. It's off by default and opt-in, so nothing changes in Arthur until you choose.
