Move-ins and move-outs are sent to Muuvo from the tenancy. Utilities and council tax handled with the tenant, and MPANs, meters and readings land in PropertyGoose and go on to your CRM where it supports them.

When a tenancy is created in PropertyGoose, Muuvo receives the landlord, property, tenancy and tenants. Muuvo then tells the council, water and energy suppliers, where the tenants agreed to it in their referencing declaration. Move-in, change of sharer, notice, move-out and date changes all follow from the tenancy, with the tenants' forwarding address at move-out.

Meters come back the other way. Every property has a Meters and utilities panel with the electricity MPAN, gas MPRN, meter serials, suppliers, water supplier and council. Muuvo fills in what it finds and never overwrites a value your team typed. Move-in and move-out readings sit on the tenancy and go on to your CRM where it supports them, such as Alto.

Muuvo sets each agency up with its own account key, which you add in Settings, or we add it for you. Notice given early lets Muuvo arrange the void energy supply in the landlord's name before the tenants leave. Self-managing landlords on PropertyGoose have nothing to set up.

Do I need a Muuvo account?+

Muuvo sets your agency up with its own key, so your moves, void bills and commission sit with you. Add the key in Settings, or we add it for you. Self-managing landlords need nothing.

Do meter readings reach our CRM?+

Yes, where the CRM supports meter readings. Alto receives the move-in and move-out readings today. Every reading is also kept on the tenancy in PropertyGoose.

Will Muuvo overwrite our meter details?+

No. Muuvo fills in the MPAN, MPRN, serials and suppliers it finds, but never overwrites a value your team typed.

Can we use Just Move In instead?+

Yes. Each agency picks one move-in partner, Just Move In or Muuvo, and can change it in Settings at any time.
