    Reapit AgencyCloud sends properties, landlords, tenancies, lettings offers and property certificates into PropertyGoose. Changes made in Reapit arrive automatically, usually within minutes, and a tenancy's rent account from Reapit shows on the tenancy in PropertyGoose.

    The return leg is the difference. Offers made in PropertyGoose become tenancies in Reapit, the pre-tenancy checks tick off as each step finishes, and the reference report, Right to Rent outcome, signed agreement and deposit certificate are filed on the Reapit tenancy. Notes, tasks and InventoryGoose inspections land in AgencyCloud so the negotiator sees the work without re-keying it.

    An agency admin installs PropertyGoose from the Reapit AppMarket, enters the Reapit customer id in PropertyGoose and checks the type mappings. Reapit agencies name their types differently, so PropertyGoose matches departments, notes, tasks, documents and certificates by name and the agency confirms them before the first sync.

    The detail.

    How long will this take my team?+
    A few minutes. Install PropertyGoose from the Reapit AppMarket, then enter your Reapit customer id in PropertyGoose. You will find it in AgencyCloud under Apps → Profile. Pick the office, check the mappings and run the first sync.
    Do we still have to key tenancies in twice?+
    No. An offer made in PropertyGoose becomes a tenancy in Reapit with the tenants as contacts, and it moves to Arranging when referencing starts. A tenancy created directly in PropertyGoose is created in Reapit too, with the letting and management fees from the property's settings.
    Is there anything the negotiator still does in AgencyCloud?+
    Two things, because Reapit only allows them in AgencyCloud. Linking a guarantor to a tenant, and marking a tenancy Current or Finished. PropertyGoose adds the guarantor with their report and sets the negotiator a task for each, so nothing is missed.
    Why do we check mappings?+
    Every Reapit agency names its departments, note types, documents and certificates differently. PropertyGoose suggests a match for each by name, and your team confirms them so every note, task and document lands in the right place.
