Register deposits with the Deposit Protection Service from the tenancy record. PropertyGoose returns the DPS payment reference so you can transfer the deposit straight away.
Enter your DPS agent ID, client ID and secret once in Settings and test the connection. From then on every deposit registers from the tenancy record with the property, tenancy dates, landlord, tenant and amount already filled.
DPS returns a deposit ID and a bank transfer reference. PropertyGoose shows the payment instructions in the app and emails them to you, so the deposit can be transferred the same day. Once DPS receives the money it sends the certificate to the tenant directly.
