    PropertyGoose waits for TDS to confirm, stores the certificate against the tenancy and can email the certificate and prescribed information straight to the tenant. The 30-day deadline is handled inside the same flow that created the tenancy.

    Both schemes are supported. TDS Custodial connects with your API key, member ID and branch ID. TDS Insured connects by logging into your TDS account and authorising PropertyGoose. Choose whether TDS invoices each deposit or you settle in bulk through the TDS portal.

    Yes. Once TDS confirms, the certificate and prescribed information can be emailed to every tenant from the tenancy.
    Can I still pay TDS in bulk?+
    Yes. Choose register only and settle through the TDS portal, or let TDS invoice each deposit.
